Fen Chiew (53% alc./vol.) is known as the grandfather of Chinese hard
liquor- it's been made for over 1400 years!  It’s fermented in the traditional
method, underground in separate jars using high-quality sorghum (a grain).
Fen Chiew is famous for its refreshingly smooth taste.  The liquor is
transparent and although rather high in alcohol it tastes remarkably mild and
sweet and smells elegantly fragrant.

Chu Yeh Ching Chiew (45% alc./vol.) is a special ancient liquor made from
traditional Chinese herbal recipe. It has transparent golden and slight green
colour, and intense floral herbal aromas of dried apricot.  It’s off dry with a
hint of anise and packs a lengthy finish.
