Rooted in a 600-year-old Tibetan distilling tradition, Tashi celebrates mindfulness, nature, and compassion. “Tashi” means good fortune in Tibetan, inspired by the traditional greeting Tashi Delek. Made with barley grown above 11,000 feet, the spirit is fermented for 90 days in granite pits, distilled four times, and aged for at least three years in pottery tuns.
